(Just Heard) Ty Segall to tour with B-rate Pavement

Maybe Stephen Malkmus is one of Ty Segall's inspirations; both have decided to make lesser knowns of their band and perform / tour behind their own names. At least in Segall's case, there's no iconic group to live up to.
