Xray Eyeballs, the upbeat garage-pop outfit conceived by O.J. San Felipe and Carly Rabalais of Golden Triangle, are following their earlier-this-year debut LP, Not Nothing, with a new 7-inch out on Hardly Art, due out August 30.
