[Quickie] Filligar

Before I head out the door I have one band to (briefly) share that is somewhat perplexing. I'll start with their name, Filligar, which gives me zero idea as to what it means. Do they partake in a lot of friendly encounters with Mary Jane - are they filling their cigars with some magical grass? Beats me.
