All Pop Lyrics Are About The Following Things

A couple of new singles floated into our ears this morning - the Pet Shop Boys' Love Etc (we like so far) and Pink's Please Don't Leave Me, which is about as good as you would imagine with a title like that. But both are touching on themes that are common to the charts these days - Pet Shop Boys on the superficial nature of aspiring to fame for fame's sake, and Pink on being a shit girlfriend.
