Cher has filed suit against Universal Music Group on behalf of herself and the heirs of her ex-husband Sonny Bono, The Hollywood Reporter said. In the suit, filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Cher said executives at the label had ?engaged in wrongful tactics? that prevented her and Mr. Bono?s heirs from receiving the revenues that they are owed from compilation albums.
