Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz had dinner at Koi in LA on Friday, and then Ash spent some time shopping for makeup on Sunday before glamming up for the VMAs later that night. While Pete's friend Tyga said the couple was expecting twins earlier in the weekend, when we talked to him on the VMA red carpet he laughed it off saying, "Oh I did? I said that?
