Being There: Rusko live at Webster Hall on October 29

On Friday night, to a sold-out and completely packed house at Webster Hall for the weekly Girls & Boys party (which also featured German electro-tech hero Boys Noize), young ruffian Rusko (born Christopher Mercer) took to the stage around 2:30am to the delight of 2,000 mostly-costumed-but-all-ecstatic fans, playing his hits and also digging into a learned catalog of old favorites and still-to-come classics. He also played a ton from O.M.G.!, his Mad Decent debut disc from May.
