Beyonce, Gossips, Lipstickers Raise A Glass For Charity

The stars of the Big Apple came out to show their philanthropic side last night at the 9th Annual New Yorkers for Children Fall Gala at Cipriani 42nd Street in Manhattan. The gala raised money benefiting children in NYC foster care, and also honored music executive Kevin Liles for his charitable work.
