Blues on the North Shore? Absolutely.

Chicago lost a blues legend last week in Koko Taylor, which will no doubt cast a slight shadow on the city's festival in Grant Park this weekend. Taylor's passing will also make a mark farther north, at the 2nd annual Blues on the North S hore festival in Evanston.
