Britney Spears was out and about this weekend, spotted in the driver's seat after a session at the dance studio. Britney's kept her record clean since her driving without a license charge was declared a mistrial, but apparently a current candidate for LA city attorney is trying to use her situation as an example to help him win his campaign, since his opponent was responsible for throwing out her last case. Hopefully Brit can just leave her courtroom days in the past and focus on a quiet holi...
