Britney's Son Health Update: Out of the Hospital

Britney Spears' young son Jayden James was taken to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday after reportedly having a reaction to something he ingested, and now Britney's Web site has an update on his health and whereabouts. A statement on the site says, "UPDATE: A source close to the Spears family has told us that Britney and family have left the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center and Jayden is fine."
