Charges Dropped Against John Rich

Misdemeanor assault and harassment charges against John Rich, of the country music duo Big & Rich, have been dismissed. Rich was among the witnesses to testify before a judge on Friday that he didn’t punch Jared Ashley at a night club last year, says the Associated Press. Ashley is a former contestant on the reality competition "Nashville Star."
