Charges against Kanye West dropped in paparazzi incident

A Los Angeles court commissioner dropped all charges against Kanye West [ tickets ] that arose from a confrontation with a photographer last year at Los Angeles International Airport, according to the Los Angeles Times. West was arrested in Sept. 2008 after he and his road manager, Don Crowley, reportedly confronted a photographer and smashed his camera outside a screening area at LAX.
