DVD/VIDEO: Grateful Dead to Release CD/DVD Set

Grateful Dead Productions and Rhino Entertainment will release Grateful Dead: Crimson, White and Indigo, a 3 CD and 1 DVD set on April 20th. The DVD features their July 7th 1998 performance at JFK Stadium in Philadelphia, PA and will premiere at theaters across the country in April.
