David Cook stays on the road through fall

For the second time this month, season-seven "American Idol" winner David Cook [ tickets ] has tacked several new shows onto his upcoming fall run behind his self-titled debut. The next round of his excursion kicks off Nov. 3 in Phoenix and now comprises nearly a dozen additional stops, including Houston (11/7), Atlanta (11/23) and Orlando (11/28), among others.
