Fake US Plastic Surgeon Jailed in Dubai

(April 30) -- American Steven Moos was sentenced to jail in Dubai today for stealing the identity of top U.S. plastic surgeon Dr. Stephen Hopping to carry out botched operations on the kitchen table of his apartment that left at least two women badly disfigured. Moos, 40, was jailed for up to three months and faces extradition to the U.S., where he has been wanted by the FBI on charges of medical fraud.
