Flo Rida gets behind 'R.O.O.T.S'

Miami-based rapper Flo Rida [ tickets ] has mapped a sporadic US run behind his spring release, "R.O.O.T.S." The hip-hop star will begin his club and theater jaunt Oct. 12 in San Francisco, followed by eight concerts through year's end, including a New Year's Eve performance in Biloxi, MI.
