Guns N' Roses are being sued by the record labels of a German musician who alleges his songs were plagiarised on Guns N' Roses 2008 comeback album, Chinese Democracy.
Domino Records and Independiente Records are suing the band and the record's producers for $1 million (approximately £630,000) for allegedly plagiarising Ulrich Schnauss' songs, Wherever You Are and A Strangely Isolated Place, on the track Riad N' The Bedouins.
The band are yet to comment on the lawsuit.
