Hardly Strictly Bluegrass attracted droves of fans

In its eighth year, the free festival brought hordes to San Francisco"s Golden Gate Park last weekend "” arguably too many. Organizers are estimating that around 400,000 attended on a glorious, 70-degree Sunday, a day that the usual bluegrass and hardly bluegrass stars were augmented by such not-even-sorta-bluegrass acts as Gogol Bordello and Iron & Wine. Not sure if it was the biggest crowd ever "” Dolly Parton sure packed "em in back in 2005 "” but this was definitely the first time crow...
