Hilberry gives wing to Chekhov

This past summer, director James Thomas took several members of Wayne State University's graduate theater program to the school of the Moscow Art Theatre, site of an early staging of "The Seagull" in 1898. Despite that intensive study, their new production of the Anton Chekhov classic proves anything but academic.
