Houston-area venue re-opens following Hurricane Ike destruction

The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands, TX, has re-opened following a $9.5 million rebuilding effort that became necessary after Hurricane Ike ravaged the facility. The newly renovated venue now boasts a bigger and better canopy, a new sound system for the lawn and additional covered seating, according to a press release.
