(Catskills)Husky Rescue's founder, Marko Nyberg, has described his group's music as being "like spring's sunbeam after the long, dark, sunless winter time". If so, it's a very wan sun that's breaking through in the band's hometown, Helsinki, for their third album is frosty and dripping with melancholy. The sunbeam, though, makes its presence felt in the melodic sensibility that runs through the 10 songs.
