Juanes' planned Cuban concert stirs controversy

Colombian pop singer Juanes [ tickets ] has sparked a controversy in South Florida's Cuban-exile community with plans for a Sept. 20 concert in Cuba at Plaza de la Revolucion in Havana, according to a Miami Herald report.
