Strokes frontman Julian Casablancas [ tickets ] will hit the road this spring for a headlining tour in support of his debut solo album from last fall, "Phrazes for the Young." The singer/songwriter launches the trek March 23 in Providence, RI, and will hit 16 cities in the lead-up to his April 18 appearance at Indio, CA's Coachella Festival.
