Kate's a Top Reason to Head to the Shop

Kate Moss finally arrived in NYC ahead of the big Topshop opening there tomorrow. She missed last night's VIP party with Jay-Z at Balthazar, but Philip Green apparently rented out the restaurant for two days so that the festivities can continue on tonight.
