Kylie Jenner parties with Lil Za in Justin Bieber's party pad

Kylie Jenner has been keeping some curious company this week. On Thursday the 16-year was seen in an Instagram photo taken with Lil Za, who was charged with three felonies, two of those drug related. Worse yet, the snap was taken inside Justin Bieber's Calabasas, California mansion where police found drugs after a January raid.
