Speaking to Xfm on the eve of the release of his new band Beady Eye's debut album, 'Different Gear Still Speeding', Liam Gallagher claimed that brother Noel had been working on his own record for some time, despite claims that he was too busy."I reckon he's written it, man," said Liam.
