Lily Allen went back to blonde last night as she wore a wig out to dinner with her ex boyfriend Seb Chew. Last year she flirted with the shade as her hair went through various shades of black, brown, blonde and pink, but last night she looked like she was channeling Lady GaGa with that blunt fringe! She kept the rest of her outfit simple in slinky black, although her top did go a little transparent thanks to the flash bulbs of the photographers waiting outside.
