Lily Allen Plots 2009 Tour

The dates announced thus far are limited to the UK and Ireland, but with the record coming out February 9 (February 10 in the U.S.), Allen's bound to add more.Allen's "The Fear" made its radio debut recently, and it's a very nice tune (hear it below).
