Lindsay Gives Us Three For the Price of One

It was a three-outfit day for Lindsay Lohan, who was spotted in blue bell bottoms at the Chateau Marmont and in a black hat heading back to her house with a soda. She saved her third ensemble for dinner with Samantha and a friend at Dominick's.
