Meditate With Beastie Boy Adam Yauch

Earlier today, Beastie Boy Adam Yauch sent a letter out to the Beastie Boys mailing list asking for help in his fight against cancer. He wrote that he and "a few friends" are holding twice-daily meditation sessions "picturing smashing apart all of the cancer cells in the world."
