Modest Mouse announces handful of tour dates

Modest Mouse has announced a rather, um, modest (sorry!) string of tour dates for late February and early March before helping headline the Langerado Festival in Miami on March 8. The indie-rock-trio-turned-radio-hit-making-sextet slowed down a bit in 2008 after a wild 2007, but have still managed to tour the country with R.E.M. and wrangle Grandaddy's Jim Fairchild to play guitar on the new tour dates.
