After a startling 2006 album ("Ringleader of the Tormentors") in which the perpetually miserable Morrissey found temporary sanctuary in the pleasures of the flesh, the UK singer's ninth studio album, "Years of Refusal" (Attack/Lost Highway, ***), marks a return to regular business hours.
