NJ church where Houston first sang remembers her

Congregants at the Newark church where Whitney Houston got her start are mourning her death. The pop star began singing at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark as a child. At the church this morning, a couple of sympathy cards were tied to a fence post. One is addressed "to the greatest songstress ever." Next to it is a small bouquet of fresh flowers.
