Nelly has been arrested on second degree rape charges, TMZ reports. According to law enforcement, a woman alleges she was raped by the rapper on his tour bus in Washington early Saturday morning. He is currently on tour with Florida Georgia Line and was scheduled to perform in Ridgefield, Washington tonight.
