Fun facts about Laredo, Texas: It's the hometown of Fastball frontman Miles Zuniga and former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, the origins of its name could come from a Basque word that means "beautiful pastures," and it shares a name with the new country-rock burner from Band of Horses.
