New Black Lips Video - "Short Fuse"

When we evaluated the Black Lips' 200 Million Thousand , the general idea was catchy, interestingly textured songs, boringly predictable shtick. In the Chris Taylor-animated, drummer Joe Bradley-directed video for "Short Fuse" we get zero shtick, because the Atlanta band's not around to pour their PBR on our heads or remind us they once went to a strip bar.
