I've said this all before, but the Vivian Girls play a great hazy blend of classic C86 (check out Shop Assistants or Talulah Gosh) with high doses of Jesus & Mary Chain distortion and Spectored three-part harmonies. They're also clearly influenced by first wave Slumberland acts like Black Tambourine and K-associated twee-poppers Tiger Trap.
