Nicole Richie and Joel Madden kicked off a new fundraiser for the Richie-Madden Children's Foundation at a Marble Slab Creamery yesterday in LA. With their new effort, if you text the world "child" to 90999, a $5 donation charge will be sent to the foundation and automatically added to your phone bill.
