Nouvelle Vague works up North American course behind '3'

French outfit Nouvelle Vague [ tickets ] has plotted a winter trek of the US behind the band's latest album, this year's "3."After completing a lengthy, in-progress European run, the group will hit the road stateside beginning with a Jan. 22 performance in Philadelphia.
