Our “Baby” Justin Bieber is growing up. Just weeks before his 16th birthday, Biebes was spotted driving out of a South Miami hotel behind the wheel of a Ferrari F430. Just like any other 15-year-old, we’re sure Justin was trying to clock in a few more driving hours before his driver’s test.
