Pearl Jam to play concerts in Chicago and Canada in July

Though it's one of the most obsessively bootlegged bands on the planet, Pearl Jam has played only sporadically in North America over the last few years, and that doesn't appear set to change in 2013: On Wednesday, the long-running Seattle group announced it will play two concerts in July -- neither one, we must report, in Los Angeles.
