Poof Skirt: Weird or Wearable (Or Both)?

Okay, the neon version of this Poofskirt was so obviously No" that we almost had to shield our eyes, lest we be sucked into our neon computers and end up on the other side of Burning Man. But the same hoop design with darker color pom-poms is less raver and more retro...and we kind of like it! What do you think: Would you wear this skirt if it was event-appropriate?
