Anyone who didn't see this coming wasn't watching very closely. A week after word hit the streets that Paul Rodgers and Queen had decided to go their separate ways, guitarist Brian May told Rolling Stone that he and drummer Roger Taylor had been watching "American Idol" with some interest.
