Regina Spektor focuses fall run on 'Far'

Russian-born singer/songwriter Regina Spektor [ tickets ] has planned a North American outing this fall behind her summertime release, "Far." The 18-city club and theater trek begins in the East with a performance tonight (10/7) in Atlanta and an Oct. 12 show in Northampton, MA, before moving to the West Coast and working its way back through the Midwest.
