(AllHipHop News) Fans of rapper Juelz Santana in Grand Rapids, Michigan were disappointed last night (April 3) when the popular rapper canceled his show, due to medical reasons. Santana was supposed to perform at Club 131, which is located inside of the Deltaplex Arena and Conference Center.
