Comedian Russell Brand is set to host the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, airing Sunday, June 3rd. MTV asked the funnyman to perform after his stellar job hosting the VMA's in 2008 and 2009. Russell has been through a lot this year, especially concerning his split with Katy Perry, but Gillian Pensavalle thinks he's just what the show needs.
