SXSW 2009: Initial Band List Revealed

Hard to believe, but it's just about time for a trip to Austin, Texas. (03/18 - 03/22, to be more exact.) In the midst of these tough economic times, it's unclear if things will be as hedonistic as in years past (free Sparks? No free Sparks?
