Shankman plans 2nd spritz of 'Hairspray'

If you've been caught in your car singing "Miss Baltimore Crabs," you partly have Adam Shankman to blame. The director of "Hairspray" helped spearhead the trend to bring back the musical. He produces the new Zac Efron film "17 Again" and also has a slew of toe-tapping projects in development.
