Singer/songwriter Annie Clark, who performs and records as St. Vincent, has lined up a late-spring tour behind her latest solo album, "Actor." Clark, who has performed as a member of The Polyphonic Spree and Sufjan Stevens' touring band, recently launched a 20-plus-date trek that includes appearances at a pair of big outdoor festivals: Washington State's Sasquatch!
